Travel to Tawau with Family

Weekend ni aku dan family termasuk in law family akan pergi Tawau melawat pakcik wife aku yang stay kat sana. Aku still ingat yang aku purchased tiket ni time aku kat Sydney last year. Masa tu time promotion dan in law family rancang nak melawat sedara kat sana. Masa aku beli tiket dulu, aku tersalah beli untuk ke Kota Kinabalu. Semua dah bayar, tapi last2 bila check balik ngan my wife, rupa2nya tersalah beli... patutnya ke Tawau. So terpaksa la aku call AirAsia mintak refund. Of course dia org tak nak bagi balik duit tu. Jadi aku bincang ngan Manager dia. At last dia setuju bagi refund, tapi bukan duit!!! dia bagi aku credit value yang bolehkan aku boleh pakai nilai RM450 yang tersalah beli tu untuk beli tiket lain. Tapi ok la jugak daripada melayang terus duit tu... :-) Aku pakai credit value tu beli tiket balik Kelantan lepas tu. X silap, aku kena tambah sikit sebab total beli tiket balik Kelantan tu lebih drp RM450.

Angel & other project at MMHE

I'm currently work for this Woodside Angel topside project at MMHE, Johor. Still a lot of outstanding items to be verified onboard and for last week and this week alone, just concentrate and try to finish the monorails load test (total 20 nos). Very exhausting to climb up & down onboard especially attending helideck drain pipe test today which I have to climb up & down from cellar deck to the top of helipad. Next few days and next week to verify all safety equipment, FFA, etc and maybe on Friday will be a Lifeboat test.

My wife and kids will complaint about less time spent with them :-)...yeah, sometime I have to stay back until Saturday for some test and inspection works. Since this "Angel" will sail out by mid or end March, so hopefully I can more focus on other projects & my design appraisal coordination after this.

CNY Holiday

CNY break tahun ni balik Kelantan ngan family semua. Hilmi & family dia pun last minute plan balik jugak. Riena joined me, wife and kids in one car.. at least my wife can alternately look for our daughters at the back with Riena. Walaupun tak lama sangat stay rumah, total 4 days incl 2 days travel, tapi kira ok la sebab sempat balik kampung kat Bachok, pegi picnic bakar ikan tengah malam kat Pantai Irama ngan sedara kat Bachok semua. Dah lama x buat aktiviti ni. Dulu2 time budak2 dan bujang, selalu jugak la pegi picnic ngan family kat jeram, pantai dsb.. but now bila dah ada family sendiri nih.. dah jarang la plak :-(

Maybe i'm considered as a typical/ schema Engineer who always put priority and spent more time on the job. Anyway, takpe la... ingat bila my 2 kids dah besar sikit, Iman dah pandai jalan semua kena selalu bawa jalan2 ngan family :-)

Sebelah malam kat rumah x de la aktiviti sangat. Hilmi ada bawa balik balance bunga api / mercun yang tak habis jual time Raya hari tu. Rasanya takda family Cina kat dalam kampung tu.. so kira kat Teratak Kak Jah je la yang bunyi bising main mercun dan bunga api sebelah malam.

Hari Sabtu petang keluar pegi KB sebab my wife nak beli kain batik. Ye la skang kan Gov staff kena pakai batik every Thursday kot ? Sebelum tu, sempat gi hantar Nik Faris ke sekolah asrama dia kat Sek. Men. Salor, Pasir Mas. Hope he will study well and get opportunity to further at Boarding school/MRSM when in form 4.
